Grand Haan Irish Pub with 400 seats and a 12,000 m2 area in the Sukhbaatar district consists of a coffee corner, pub, restaurant, outdoor balcony seating, outdoor beer area, 5 premium VIP rooms for meetings, and 30 car parking spaces outside. Each high-class VIP room can accommodate 10-30 people, and the summer outdoor area can accommodate up to 300 people. The building was built for a pub bar, and folding doors were designed to combine the outdoor and indoor environments for live music performances in the summer.
